Miae Beauty Policies
Read through the Miae booking policies BEFORE BOOKING to ensure a smooth scheduling & experience.
Non-Refundable Deposit:
At Miae Beauty, we prioritize your time and experience. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied toward your service on the day of your appointment and ensures your spot is reserved just for you.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
Life happens, and we understand! If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice to accommodate everyone’s schedules. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited and you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Changes Within 72 Hours:
If you cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook. If you've booked for a consultation, you will be required to book with $50 deposit in the future. -
Rescheduling Limits:
Consultations: You will be able to reschedule up to 2 times. After 2 rescheduled consult appointments, a $50 deposit will be required for all future consultation bookings.
Services (new + touch-ups): You may reschedule up to 2 times. After the second reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook. -
No-Shows:
Missed appointments without notice will result in a forfeited deposit, a cancellation fee and will require additional fees for future bookings. -
Before-care / Disqualification List:
Following before-care and ensuring you do not meet any disqualification criteria is essential for your safety. If you arrive unprepared and we cannot proceed with your appointment on the scheduled day, your deposit will be forfeited, as we are unable to fill that time slot. A new deposit will be required to rebook. -
Appointment Reminders:
I know things can get hectic! As a courtesy, email/text confirmations are sent at booking, plus reminders 4 days and 1 day before your appointment. If reminders do not reach you, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment to avoid late arrivals or missed appointments.
Appointment Policy:

No guests:
Please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment due to cross contamination and interruption to services. The studio is small and is not suitable for additional guests who are not receiving services. -
Touch-up:
Touch-ups are reserved ONLY for existing clients at Miae. If you book this service and are not existing clients, you will be charged for a new service fee. -
Correction/Cover-ups:
If you've had previous work done by a different artist, you must include a photo of your current service area (with no makeup in clear lighting). Some previous work cannot be corrected and may be accepted in a case-by-case basis. All previous PMU must be approved before booking. If you do not include a photo of the previous work, your appointment may be cancelled.
